4. Subscription & Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans. Certain features of WebSpeed AI may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the plan you select.
4.2 Automatic Renewals. If your subscription is set to automatically renew, you authorize Wirenomads LLC to charge your payment method on the renewal date unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription term.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership. Wirenomads LLC (and our licensors, where applicable) retains all right, title, and interest in and to WebSpeed AI, including any improvements, modifications, and enhancements.
5.2 Trademarks. All brand, product, and service names used in WebSpeed AI are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Privacy
6.1 Data Collection. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using WebSpeed AI, you consent to such processing.

10.1 No Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Wirenomads LLC, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use WebSpeed AI.
10.2 Cap on Damages. Our total liability for any claim related to WebSpeed AI shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Plugin in the 12 months preceding the incident.
11. Indemnification
11.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Wirenomads LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of WebSpeed AI.
12. Term and Termination
12.1 Term. These Terms take effect upon your first use of WebSpeed AI and will remain in force unless terminated by either party.
12.2 Termination by You. You may stop using WebSpeed AI at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you may cancel it in accordance with the applicable subscription policies.
12.3 Termination by Us. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to WebSpeed AI for any reason, including for breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms and any disputes related to them or WebSpeed AI will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
14. Severability
14.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
15. Changes to the Terms
15.1 Wirenomads LLC may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on our website or notify you through other appropriate channels. Your continued use of WebSpeed AI after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
